Hot Pan Noodles & Dumplings

Hot Pot

A simmering metal pot of stock is placed at the center of the dining table on a heat-less magnetic induction cooker. While the hot pot is kept simmering, ingredients are placed into the pot and are cooked at the table. Typical hot pot dishes include thinly sliced meat, leafy vegetables, mushrooms, and seafood. The cooked food is usually eaten with a dipping sauce. Daisy's Dumpling sauce is a favorite, or try Garlic in sesame oil, or Sesame-peanut sauce.  A minimum of two people are required for a hot pot table, and you eat all that you can for up to two hours.

The Spicy Hot Pot is made here from scratch.  It's flavor is savory, spicy, complicated and addictive.

The Traditional Pot is prepared with chicken broth, ginger and green onion.

Choose from either Spicy or traditional or go with both in a special two-sided pot.
